Meet Our Team
James Ranson
James is the Director of Mill Energy. He completes domestic EPCs, Legionella Testing and Risk Assessments, PAS2035 Retrofit Assessments, PAT Testing, and floorplans. He holds a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in electrical installations.
James enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife and children outside of work. In addition, he is passionate about cars, particularly the fast kind.
Samantha Ranson
Sam is another Director at Mill Energy, and she completes Legionella Assessments. Originally from South Africa, she moved to the UK ten years ago. She is passionate about health and safety and enjoys helping businesses keep their colleagues and customers safe.
Outside of work, she loves exercising and spending time with her children.
Richard Goldsmith
Richard completes Commercial and Domestic EPCs and has professional certDEA and dipNDEA qualifications.
Richard keeps active, playing golf and snooker and going cycling. He is married with three boys and enjoys spending time with them. When he is not watching them play football, he enjoys family days out visiting new places in and around Chichester, including long walks with his little dog Bella.
Terry Goldsmith
Terry completes Domestic EPCs, Retrofit Assessments, Legionnaire’s testing and floor plans. He has been an accredited energy assessor since May 2013. Terry works closely with many clients, including estate agents and local authorities.
Outside work, Terry enjoys playing snooker and squash, supporting Fulham Football Club, and spending time with his grandchildren.
